Hey everyone,
Today I’ve started on my Amazon S3 series, which will take up the next couple of blog posts as well.
I’ve created a video for you to show you how to set up an Amazon S3 account, and in subsequent posts I will show you how to upload files (videos, audio, images etc) to your S3 account, and then how to use that to embed your media on to specific pages.
I will also be using Easy Video Player and Amazon S3 together, so I will show you how to do that as well.

Hey everyone,

As I write this, it’s Sunday lunchtime and I’m sitting in bed with my laptop…I went to bed rather late last night as I was on a video creation mission, so I’m having a leisurely morning (to be fair, I see a cat nap in my future for the afternoon!).
Anyway, you may be wondering what my new video is about. I’ll get to that in a second.
First, I want to share something amazing that I saw a couple of days ago. It’s a bit self-indulgent but I’m feeling proud of myself so you’ll just have to humour me for a minute.

I wasn’t sure whether I’d ever do this…but I’ve recorded my first ever video tutorial! This has been my first time using Camtasia and also my first time recording myself doing anything on my laptop, so while I apologise if it’s a bit rough around the edges, please bear in mind it’s my first time!

Hey everyone,
I’ve just completely revamped my blog, and so it’s looking completely new! Well, it’s still purple of course, as if that would change…but look at it! It looks a lot more professional now in my opinion.
I’ll still be sharing everything that I’m learning as I create and grow my online business – what’s working for me, what isn’t, and any shortcuts or tips that I may pick up along the way!
This is a preview of
Check out my brand spanking newly revamped blog!

Today was Sally’s first tutorial webinar as part of her Learn With Sally coaching. I couldn’t make the introductory webinar the week before, so I was adamant that nothing would stop me attending this one (not even plagues, pestilence, or floods).

No, not the Euromillions (as I type, there’s someone in the UK with the winning ticket of something like £166million), or the Lotto, or anything boring like that…
…I’ve won something FAR more exciting!
Wait for it…
…drum roll….
…yes, I’m going to keep you in suspense that little bit longer…
….*drinks tea*…..
…..*makes a list*…..
Oh, all right then….
I’ve won a free place on Sally Neill’s coaching prog!

Hey,
I’m busy creating the world’s longest blog post on my holiday to Rome (look, I know you’re interested really!). But in the meantime, I thought I’d share this email that I got yesterday as it may affect you.

Hello!
Wow, what a long time since I last wrote a blog post here! Almost scandalous in fact.
Anyway, I’ve had a couple of blog posts in mind to share with you, so don’t be surprised if this suddenly becomes like the bus analogy here (you know, the “you wait for ages for a bus & then 3 come along at once” one). Of course, I don’t wait for buses, I either drive or fly on my broomstick.
That rather neatly brings me on to the point of this post.
I have now been immortalised in cartoon form!

It’s a question I probably should ask in many different areas of my life.
However, in this instance, I want to talk about communication, and specifically that of the emailing-your-list variety.
If you have a list, how often do you email them? Is it just me that gets fed up with emails every day from the same people trying to sell things to me? Even if, in some cases, it’s a freebie that they’re offering – is it *really* relevant to me and my life? Or am I just being sent things as an attempt at building the list, or adswapping, or selling me some sort of affiliate product?

Wow. Today has been a steep learning curve for me, but hey, I got
there in the end! Admittedly I did have to shout for help, but then
that’s one of the benefits of building good relationships with experts
- it means I can go picking their brains!
So, what have I been doing? I’ve been preparing the launch of my book Social Networking Sites Explained.
I’ve fought with Aweber and Filezilla, and managed to get there in the end (Aweber was doing strange things with formatting, and Filezilla refused to connect to the server).

Thunderbirds Are Go! Social Networking Sites Explained is now live and kicking!
